Sarah Bowman

Director of Talent Acquisition

Sarah is responsible for building the national team of the Brian Hamilton Foundation.

Sarah Bowman has a background of twenty-plus years building start-ups, large corporations, and law firms with recruitment growth strategies. Sarah’s commitment to helping those with a criminal background dates back to the late 1980’s when she started her service as a volunteer tutor and mentor in the New Jersey prison system for adult and juvenile males. As the co-owner of a woman and minority-owned small business in Maryland since 2015, she is also committed to entrepreneurship and the mission of easing access to small business ownership.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Princeton University and a Juris Doctorate from American University’s Washington College of Law and is a licensed attorney.

As the Director of Talent Acquisition, Sarah is now using her experience to build the national team of the Brian Hamilton Foundation.
