Michelle Fishburne brings to the Brian Hamilton Foundation a strong belief in the transformative power of education. As a homeschooler and national advocate for K-12 invention and entrepreneurship education, Michelle has seen first-hand how authentic educational experiences create lasting personal growth.
Michelle obtained her B.A. from the University of North Carolina (Minor in Administration of Criminal Justice) and her law degree from the University of Virginia. She gained business skills through George Washington University’s EMBA program and a wide transdisciplinary skillset through her polymathic career as an international attorney, political campaign director, journalist, K-12 educator, invention education advocate, and director of public relations and strategic partnerships.
As National Director of Public Relations and Partnerships for the Brian Hamilton Foundation, Michelle is responsible for promoting public awareness of the foundation’s programs and identifying opportunities for synergistic collaborations.
