Margaret drives strategy and operations and works closely with the team to expand its offerings and scale nationally.


With years of driving multidisciplinary projects and building teams, Margaret is a leader who is now using her experience to run a foundation that helps people that have odds stacked against them.  She is an advocate for educating those with criminal backgrounds on how to start successful and desirable businesses in our communities, and inviting community volunteers who want to be part of this great project.

After graduating from Duke University with distinction, Margaret led extensive research and government projects at Clinical Tools, Inc., a health and technology company. Margaret started a successful corporate career with Sageworks in 2014.  While at Sageworks, she led the customer success and retention team, and was later promoted to Vice President of Operations where she led the company’s operations.

As Chief Executive Officer of the Brian Hamilton Foundation, Margaret drives strategy and operations and works closely with the team to expand its offerings and scale nationally to amplify its impact.
