Investment Manager

Ben is responsible for the overall portfolio management of Brian Hamilton Ventures, LLC.

Ben is the Chief Executive Officer of Brian Hamilton Ventures, LLC, an investment fund which provides credit to small business owners and operators. His primary responsibilities include investment strategy, sourcing, and portfolio management. Prior to founding Brian Hamilton Ventures, Ben was a Vice President at Madison International Realty, a global private equity firm based in NYC. At Madison, Ben was responsible for the tax structuring and due diligence of Madison’s private real estate transactions.

Prior to Madison, Ben was a Senior Manager at KPMG where he served as a lead engagement manager in the firm’s New York Financial Services practice. Prior to KPMG, Ben was a Software Engineer and Product Manager at Sageworks, a leading producer of financial analysis solutions, industry data, and risk management solutions for banks and credit unions.

In addition to these roles, Ben has also served as an Adjunct Professor at NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and as an Adjunct at Baruch College in NYC. Ben holds undergraduate degrees in computer science and economics from NC State University and a graduate degree in accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
