Media and Public Relations Analysts

These people will do research and publish content on the various projects we are working on: incarceration, recidivism, youth entrepreneurship, and military transition back to civilian life. They will also make outgoing calls to place content and coordinate media events. Media analysts are great communicators in both writing and in verbal mediums. They are fearless in engaging the media. They also take an intelligent approach in working with the media since we lead with content.

Software Developers

These people will write code for the various software projects and can code from a simple set of instructions. They are also able to help design products and specs suitable for delivery of the product. There is little bureaucracy in our product development process, so developers are creative.

Social Media Experts

These people will manage and develop all social media content and strategy for the foundation. This includes creating content, keeping it fresh and current, and placing it strategically. Social media experts are creative, up to date on social media techniques, and able to execute.

Product/Project Managers

These people will manage software products and projects. We are currently working on various software products to make our educational content available to people who cannot attend our sessions in person. This will require technology work. Product managers are detail oriented and able to organize activities of various roles and hit deadlines.


Our initiatives include having offices placed strategically throughout the United States. Each office requires a Director to run operations. Activities include setting up the office, recruiting mentors, marketing the organization in the local area, coordinating and holding events, and administering educational programs. Directors are very well organized and have great attention to detail.


These people will be responsible for managing, documenting, and preparing financial statements and reports. They will prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Accountants will be expected to analyze costs, financial commitments, and obligations to determine future trends.

Client Engagement Specialists

Our organization deals with a diverse set of clients across our program areas. Client Engagement Specialists are tasked with regularly working with the organization’s clients on to ensure programs fulfill our mission. These people are energetic and friendly.
